I called the Dinosaur National Monument and ordered 28 park maps for my students to use as a guide to complete their math activity.

The first day of methods placement my students asked me what my favorite activity was, I told them river running. The students were very unfamiliar with the activity due to cultural differences. The final day of my placement I explained my favorite activity. The lesson proved to be very meaningful and fun.
